Martin, please can you tell me the torque settings for the headers??

MATE !!
the zard rocks.. I have taken the baffle straight out.. didn't even fire her up with it in !
running it with the TORS tune.. seems great, bit down in power due to the beast not running the right mixture..
The sound is great though.. you were right.. where i live there is a hill where all the bikers meet up and I got some great reactions to the sound today...

You guys need to show me your baffles in and out of possible. It doesn't appear that my can has a baffle that can be easily removed... Drilled or not... I'll add a pic of mine in a bit...

Geof, if you got a big (about 2 inch) hole then your Zard does not have the baffle. From the pic you don't seem to have it.

I would say yours looks slightly different... the baffle in mine was a lot smaller, I will get a pic later.. after the motogp !!
