I am taking the S3 (2003 model) this weekend to track & I still don't have the service manual. Can some one please tell me:

- how to disconnect the head lights?
- how to disconnect the turn signal indicators?
- what's the wrench size for mirrors - I have upto 18mm, and that doesn't fit the lower nut of the mirrors!

Cheers!

Rags,

Since I'm not sure about track protocols, I don’t' know if you can just disconnect the fuses for the lights. If so, the following are the fuses that effect them (the numbers below are indicated on the fuse box):

- Fuse #1: Dip and main beam headlights.
- Fuse #9: Lighting.
- Fuse #10: Sidelights.

I didn't see in the manual where it explains how to disconnect the light, but if you send me your email address in a PM, I will reply with screenshots of the light schematics from the manual.

Also, the manual was mailed to you on Tuesday. Should be there soon.

Capt.,

Thank you! I wasn't sure removing the fuses would be a good idea (was worried that the Computer will complain of a malfunction).

You got PM

Thanks again for the Manual!
