Man you guys get your Speed Triples cheap in the States..!! Here in Switzerland they go for (including 7.6% sales tax) 16,790 Swissfrancs. That translates to $13,762 (1 US$ = 1.22 Swissfranc)

The really insane thing is that my 06 S3 was cheaper than the S3 I bought new in 2001 despite inflation and a declining dollar.

RPM are good people. They did my 4K service on my SM. I just bought a totally pimped S3 from Triumph in Plano last week. I will pick it up this week hopefully. I got a smoking deal IMO.

new to me

the plano bmw/triumph dealer blows. i dealt with a dude named JR up at the plano shop and he came across me as very arrogant & cocky. he bad mouthed keith at rpm and insisted he has way more overhead at his shop and can get customers in and out much quicker. right before i bought my s3 from keith, i called JR to see what kind of price he could offer. i told JR what i was going to pay keith and he laughed and said he was going to run over there and buy one for that price too. jerk off.

i'll never go to the plano triumph shop again.

I bought my 02 from RPM. Of the 3 Triumph shops in the DFW area I prefer their service. But I do hang out at Eurosport since they sponsor the RAT Pack.

I have dealt with Eurosport more than the others as well. Tony & Martha are great. My bud just bought one of these from them last month. It's the reason I must buy a S3 (well, one of the reasons).

When I read about the Plano place, I remembered this post from the past.

Story

In my defense, where could I find an s3 as tricked as this one locally? Not a chance.

No need to pay a lot for your S3 to get good weather. Fine weather and cheap S3s are available here in Northern California! :-D
