i may have a problem. i have long thought that my triple was a bit loud as it only has standard cans. yesterday i got off bike (still running) and put my hand down near radiator on right hand side of bike. i can feel hot air getting blown out in pulses. i dont think that can be the fan so what is it?????
if its the headers then is it just a new gasket needed.

Try tightening down your header bolts first...they may just be loose. If it still leaks, replace the gaskets and then re-torque.

a gasket? I had my header pipe off to wrap it and I was wondering why there wasn't a gasket on my bike.

Do you have a pic of your wrapped header (on the bike)? I have been thinking about doing it to mine.
