I just received my new Leo Vince Carbon Fiber exhaust for my 06 S3! As soon as I pulled everything out of the nice packaging, I could immediately tell that a lot of time, effort, and care went into the manufacturing of this system.

I weighed everything, and the total system came to 11.25lbs. When I take the stock system off, I will weigh it for comparison.

For those of you in Europe, this is an EC-approved product, as it has a removable "silencer", and it comes with e-pass documentation (this should mean something to you guys who are across the pond).

Anyhow...It will be a few weeks before I get it installed. I will take the bike into the tuner in stock form so that we can do a full run of tests comparing stock to modified. I will post results of full throttle runs, roll-on runs (partial throttle), speedo error, and top-speed readings. This is going to be done by Brock Davidson, one of the premiere tuners in the country. He did my R1 with spectacular results. His dyno-tuning sessions are typically all-day events...he is very methodic and thorough. Check out his "ZX-14 Diaries" on his website to get an idea of just how methodical he is. Brock Racing

Looks great off the bike. I'm anxiously awaiting your install pics. I didn't know Leo made triple pipes. If you don't mind me asking, how much did they cost?

oooohhh, I think I want one! How much did that system set ya back? Where can ya get it from and all of that hubba bubba? Definitely post pics once you get it mounted up and all. The quality of that system looks top notch, I'd love to see it on the bike though. Please post pics whenever you get that system on there. It will be a pretty good while before I can get anything else, so no big hurry, but I think I'm just as excited to see them on there as you are! :-D

They run about $600 for aluminum, and $785 for carbon or Ti.

man those prices aren't that bad. Maybe the cheapster can talk 'em down one day, whacha think? :-D Anyways, found 1 pic of the system on the bike. Not the greatest pic, but here ya go...

Trust me, I'd love to be putting these on TODAY! If I am to get true comparisons however (which everybody always wants to know), then I have to wait. I've got a lot of other stuff coming for the bike, so I'll at least be able to do some other mods in the meantime.
