So, recently I had my 1000 km service and now have about 1800 km. I have done lots of fun riding, a few wheelies, but mostly pretty tame and normal riding. My bike has undergone some changes since the day I rode it off the lot. First, it has loosened up. That is nice. I did do a nice trip through the alps using the lower gears quite a bit. The first thing I noticed was it seemed to "pop" off of higher RPM deceleration. No biggie, just the cats hot, I figure.
But now, with barely 1000 miles ont he bike, the thing is running less smoothly than it originally did. I sort of noticed this before my service, but it was not to bad. Today, however, i really began to notice that at a constant RPM, it is sort of bucking kicking. Ok, it is not running like a Harley ;-) , but it is not as smooth as it should be IMHO. I imagine fouled plugs or out of sync carbs. Bummer for me it is FI. How do you sync throttle bodies and how do you get at the ***** plugs???? Fouled after 1000 miles??? That does not seem right!
Anyone with a similar experience/solution??? Ideas???
So, it was bad enough today that I wanted to show off to a friend in a parking lot. In 1st gear I gunned it for a wheelie at aobut 3000 RPM..... it just bogged and let a pop out the exhaust! Uhm, wasupwitdat!!!!!
