I have a 2006 speed triple and this afternoon i removed the tank to plug my new flasher. I accidently turn on the key while a couple of sensor was unplug, and the engine light came on. I want to know how to erase this light. I tryed to unplug the batt but it did'nt work.

Actually, unplugging the battery means you'll have another fault to clear. Not to worry, though. For a transient sensor outage (which is all this amounts to) simply start and run the bike normally for a few days. After about three full startup and shutdown cycles, the light will extinguish-- assuming all the sensors are, in fact, now plugged in properly and all the connectors are making good contact.

I done the exact same thing , but not to worry once the bike warms up and cools down three times it sends a signal to the ecm that everything is fine and the light will go out.
