The Dragon; July 7 - 10

Some friends and I are headed to the Dragon July 7th and leaving the 10th.
Anyone else wanna meet up? :-D


Most important: the final World Cup game is Sunday the 9th. Anyone know of a place where I could go to see the game around there?

We very well might be there that weekend, so leeok for MotoMinx and I and say hello..

If you go to the Crossroads and ask nicely, I'm sure they'd let you watch the game on the bib plasma TV... as long as there's not another event people are engrossed in.
Heck, if you post up on the East Tn riders board you might find a couple of locals into it to watch it with!

We'll get there the evening of the 7th, and will be doing the loop over Cherahola down to T.W.O. on Saturday... Wanna ride Blood mountain?

Right now we've just got a room at the Crossroads for Saturday, so we might be in Knoxville and show up Saturday morning for Breakfast and then hit the road, unless they get a Friday opening.

We'll have a Dodge 3/4 ton diesel and enclosed trailer, our FZ1's, and the urge to ride!

Well sadly enough I'm not going now. Cancelled on account of time and friends bailing out.
However one friend and I are heade towards Skyline Drive.....but the more I read about skyline the more I'm turned off. Kajota turned me on to some backroads that sound better! We're going to head that way and just ride till we get tired then find a hotel.....then ride some more on Sunday. It's a make up day from the Dragon and should be fun.
