Sorry about bringing this up, as I know it's been done before, but I did a search and didn't come up with anything. I just bought some new CRG bar end mirrors (hooray, now I'll be able to see those flashing red lights behind me instead of just being startled by the siren) and need to put something in the holes left by the stockers. Anyone find some nice rubber plugs at Home Depot, or have any other suggestions?

You need at 10M bolt or hex cap with a 1.25 thread pitch in 16mm length. They are hard to find. I had a longer one left over from my ZZR stock exhaust (Graham will appreciate that  ) That was longer and I cut if off to proper length.
I went to 6 places today to find it and no one had the right bolt . Then I discovered I had the bolt in a longer length and cut it to size
Also I went with a single bar end mirror from Sky King and its works great and has a clean application

Thanks guys. I'll go on a hunt in my local hardware store tomorrow to see if they have the bolts in this size. If not, I'll order them from the link above.

You might ger a bit cleaner install if you replace the clamps with versions that do not have the mirror threads at all.

Sprint ST? Jap bikes using the same Nissin clamps?

On the clutch side you can flip the clamp upside down for a little cleaner look. On the brake side you still need the mirror mount for the master cylinder so you definately need a bolt of some kind. I bought the Fat Bolts from the link shown. They are very nice black aluminum rounded allen head bolts.

Hmmmm....that URL shows silver aluminum screws. I can't find an option to select black ones.
