05 speed trip suspension settings

Bonjour, can somebody please be kind enough to post up the std and soft suspensions settings for this bike? Curently in France getting my arse pummelled...by the bike...as its on the hard settings and i didnt bring the owners guide. Riding back tommorow from Aix so want it softer. cheers
