Motoech Toprack for 97+ models?

Has anyone looked at the SW-MOTECH top rack before? The website states that it is for 97+ Speed Triples but I don't see how the same part could fit all years.

Has anyone seen one of these on anything but an 05/06 speed triple before?

I have one on order for my '05 and it should be here in about week or so. I think the Motech (www.mo-tech.de) site is a bit confused about this as the whitepaper and installation guide clearly indicate that the item is for 1050. I think Twisted Throttle might have gotten their misinformation directly from the factory.

I don't see how it would fit a 955.

.Mine should be here today,yes that one is for 05 onwards speed triples but they do make them for earlier models.You can try www.noRRus.com, they seem to have a better product listing.Will let you know how it goes after i install it.They also sell the SW MOTECH adapter plates for monolock or monokey GIVI cases.
