Wow, that looks nice; somebody went through a whole lotta sandpaper and compound. If a later photo looks as good, you could have a bunch of imitators. (Me first)

Spendthrift, cost $80 (about £35). I dropped it off in a morning and picked it up in the afternoon. He said the only difficult bit was the bottom casting. I've done a few bits to my bike, once it's back together (tomorrow) I'll post a few pics of the whole thing.
