Hey guys, just seen where Alberto layed it down a little down there in Fl. Hope no one had any serious damage, and d*mn sure hope none of ya were out riding! So all of you Florida boys let us know you're alright, and hope the rain and all clears soon!
Went pretty much right over the top o' me here. A real frog-strangler an' it cleant out the dead branches pretty good. An hour o' lost power an' that's about it. Glad it wasn't worse, on accounta I'd have to ship out for 10 days to do relief an' such.
The important thing is, the bikes are safe an' dry!

I cried because I couldnt wheelie until I meet someone without a motorcycle.
I rode to work today, a of couple clients asked --- Wasn't it windy???
Obviously they have never been over a hundred MPH on a motorcycle before...
... That is windy!
I have lived in Florida for almost 50 years.
I saw snow in Florida, in "77" and STILL haven't been in a Hurricane,
I been "next to" a few Hurrricanes...
But never a direct hit. :nana:
I hope I didn't just jinx myself

It rained pretty crazy here, and for about 10 minutes it got really windy. Fortunately, I was tucked away in a nice little bank getting the money out for my new bike.
Seriously, other than those in the "armpit," it was pretty moderate, compared to what we've seen the last two years. But the season is young yet...

CB ,I just woke up from my morning nap to have a snack
before my late morning nap
As far as Alberto , he had FAST BLACK clouds and only about three inches of rain.
