I got my suspension setup for Brands Hatch GP circuit by a couple of suspension setup...
I am 15 stone(ish)... that's
95 kgs or 210 pounds!!

It is a massive improvement for Road and Race !

What units are the comp/rebound adjustments in? 1/4 of turns?

yes they are in quarter turns.. sorry ! I have just pasted up a link to the actual doc to make it easier..

can some explain in full turn language and Range 28 setting (7mm)12mm ???????????????????????????????

My experience is everything fully closed (max. damping) for my 85 kg, and still too soft :wink:
Now with Hyperpro's it's better :-D

GStar, if you could give the settings in simple turns and distances, I think it would be easier to understand:
eg:

Front Preload x rings showing
Frount rebound damping x turns out from full in
Front comp damping x turns out from full in
Rear Preload x mm of thread showing
Rear Rebound Damping x turns out from full in
Rear Comp damping x turns out from full in.

Same can go for the sags front and rear, static and laden.

yeah...is there like a simple plug and chug formula for suspension setup? I'm kinda tiny...about 135 pounds...how do i go about adjusting the bike for my tiny @ss?

Cool I will work it out... to be honest I got it done by the racelab guys and this was the sheet they emailed me.. doesn't make much sense to me either ! Just thought it might be useful to someone !
