LO Coolant Reading.

What's happening here:

Warm up S3 to about 50C.
Take off to desired destination.
Coolant now reading 60C.
Coolant now reading LO momentarily and returns to normal operation.
Engine Light comes on.
Happens repeatedly and is annoying, light goes out after 3 warm up cool down cycles and repeats.

Is this a coolant sensor fault or a fault in the CPU?

Anyone else had similar problems? Will take to dealer to have it sorted soon.

had the same prob on mine. make sure your fan is operating right. if it is put it on a center stand and top off your coolant. shoud correct the prob.

Yeah everything seems to be working fine...cooling fan etc except for problem mentioned in previous post. The other morning it happened again, I felt a surge of acceleration, the engine had returned momentarily to auto choke and then resumed to normal operation this is when the engine light illuminates!

i got no ideas on the surge thing then the light coming on. you need to get it on a computer to find out what the codes are.
