No real biggie here, just wondering *** was wrong with any of it. 1st off, noticed that someone removed my lovely sig pic. Cool, maybe someone doesn't like flame throw'n asses, but what was wrong with the Toast to Dicks thread??? It was actually a thank you to our mod for making the aftermarket thread a sticky. Lighten up a bit, and don't take everything so serious. Maybe our mod didn't even remove it, maybe it was a admin, but I just don't understand the reasoning. It was all done in good humor, and I personally saw nothing wrong with it. :hammer:

I like this site, alot. But of course, the reason I like it is the people. So I spend my time where you guys are spending your time. I'm just asking for an explanation on why they even messed with my sig line?!? Do they not get the cheapster's sense of humor? What do you guys think of them messing with my sig? Here's the "questionable pic"!!!

by all means, please post your opinions, did I do something horribly wrong?

Hey cheapbastard et. al.

I didn't remove the pics or the thread, so I'm guessing one of the owners did. which means they probably didn't appreciate it so- being that I don't want to annoy them I'm not really going to complain about it. I completely agree with you that it was just harmless fun and nobody was getting offended by it here, but it has been pointed out to me in the past that sometimes folks' children are on here and they don't want their children to be exposed to too much of that kind of humor.

Like I said I know it was in good fun and no harm was meant but I guess we have to play by the rules as much as possible, including myself- I have to watch my language on here. Easier said than done but we have to try. Sorry for the inconvenience and hope you keep up the great contributions.

P.S. yes there are other triumph boards, but this one is still good so if you leave you'll just be missing out

I'm going to catch the tail end of Americade today, leaving at around 3pm even though it looks like its going to be a cold wet trip. Catch you all in a couple days. take it sleazy (but not so much on here)

Thanks for the response mbee. I guess it may have been Shawn from the sound of his post in the sticky thread. It wasn't really an inconvenience for me, just a slap in the face on my humor I guess. I do like this site, but as I stated earlier, the main reason being, is the people. I appreciate everyone's hard work so we can get on here and cut up and act fools, but let's just lighten up a bit so that can be done to a degree. Shawn, if you read this, I really appreciate your work, but still don't understand why you had to remove my pic from my sig. Even a 6 yr old kid could laugh his ass off about that pic and nothing be wrong with it. Maybe all of my dick statements were outta line for a family based site, and for that, I apologize.

So just to let ya know, ol' CB ain't gonna change. He's gonna be keep'n it real. So hopefully you all will let him do just that! :wink:

CheapBastard, the pic you're referring to isn't appropriate for this site.

There are other sites where it isn't an issue, including sites I'm responsible for - but it is here.

I say that children should be banned from the internet altogether and then we wouldn't have to worry about "family content." It's a poor/dangerous (research) tool anyroad because youth seem to think Google = Webster's. Heck, this is a motorcycle site, we shouldn't have to worry about anyone under 16 since that is the minimum licensing age...

...Awww, I'm just venting because I just got scolded for swearing and had my post deleted in the RAT forum.
