When I was researching what to get, goin' back an' forth between the K1200R and the Speed Triple, I found a lotta articles out there and kept 'em bookmarked. Kuhlka's list kinda inspired me - you can never have too many lists - and since I'm really bored today, here's a rundown of what I found and y'all can check 'em out at your leisure.

We all know what a great bike (apart from the little niggles like the mirrors or the brakes) the S3 is (in whatever colour). Do we really need others to tell us?...........................

Well, remember, I came to this thing pretty much a blank slate. I hadn't even heard of the Speed Triple.

All I knew is I wanted another bike. I read everything I could find about what was available. I narrowed it down to four, including the Ducati Sport Classic and Monster S2R1000. Then I read everything I could find about those four particular bikes.

So these pushed me toward the S3. The test ride sealed it.
