I've delt with Clinton in MD. Good mechanics but recommend going elsewhere to get your parts ordered.

I bought my bike at Winchester Motorsports and I don't recomend them. They're very local yokel types. It took them 2 and a half weeks to get my statement of origin so I could get my tags. They couldn't tell me over the phone if they had an oil filter for my bike because they couldn't figure out which oil filter fit it. They almost sold me the wrong spark plugs for my bike but I was able to correct them by looking up the part number in my service manual before I left the store.

They're nice enough people just not very competent. If I were buying a Triumph today I would probably go up to the Triumph dealership in Frederick, MD. I've heard fairly good things about them.

I bought my bike from MillerBuilt in Lynchburg. Very good price, very good service - in fact the first service is included in the price of the bike.

Bill Miller is very knowledgeable, loves Triumph and says he has the most complete stock of parts of any dealer in VA.

I'd buy from them again and recommend them to my friends.

I bought my '02 S3 (in '04) from MillerBuilt also. Bill took a lot of time with me and gave me a great deal. He even included a carbon pipe and included the first service.

What I had a problem with was in parts. I 'd call to order something (to be shipped - he's 90 miles away) and never receive it. I think Bill, great guy that he is and really knows his Triumphs, makes a lot more money on his commercial lawnmower business and therefore focuses on that business segment.

I'll be needing a 12,000 mile service this summer, I hope it goes smooth.

I've heard that the guys in Colonial Heights are idiots.

Yep, my experience so far with Colonial Cycle Sports in Colonial Heights is that they definitely are complete idiots. It's really a shame that Richmond doesn't have a descent Triumph dealer. How about D&D in Norfolk?

I get angry just thinking about them. How many times they have raped me.

I will never take my bike there or order parts from them. 6 months waiting for a part they never ordered, and then they would not give me my money back.

1100$ to fix a small problem. Rode bike in, when i got the bike it was unridable. THey didnt fix my problem, turned out it was a bad thermostat i fixed myself(80$).

on.. and on.. and on....

RIP OFF ARTISTS. BEWARE
