Ok, I have larger tail bag I use for touring purposes FAMSA (see related FAMSA Tail Bag Post) but would like to get a nice small one that doesn't take up so much space for short day rides etc. Only need enough room for cell phone, water bottle, sun screen, camera.

I remember in previous posts seeing some good suggestions but can't seem to locate them using search.

Any good suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks!

I just bought one from ebay at Global Motorsports. It worked out great!!! I also bought a tank bag that is not so great. The triumph tank is not made out of metal so the bag wont stick

I got a Frank Thomas "Cargo basic" tailbag at cycle gear that seemed like it was custom made to fit...

Tail bag

I used - 4 - 8 in. X 1/2in. velcro straps and attached them to the "D" rings on the bag, Wrap the straps under the seat to attach.

I wouldn't use the plastic junk they give you.

When you get the tail bag on the bike it fits the seat shape almost perfect!

Go to luggagelocker.com They have the tidiest tailbag on the market. It attatches to your passenger seat as clean as you can get.

FAMSA 602 tailbag looks like it would fit your need:

Do not have one myself though, so cannot comment from first hand experience.

That FAMSA looks exactly like what I've been looking for.

Shame it's an Italian company... http://www.famsa.it/

(No disrespect intended - Italians make some brilliant kit, but it's a nightmare trying to get hold of it.)

Thanks for the replies guys!

The FAMSA looks like it might be what I'm looking for. I do still recall in a past thread someone posting a link to a very nice, small, sleek tail bag and it's driven me crazy (well ok, I was already a little crazy to start with  ) that I haven't been able to find it.

I haven't ordered anything yet so additional suggestions are welcome.

thanks!
