Picked my 1050 up today after the having the new crankcases fitted under warrenty, oil leak free, and it looks like tomorrow will be dry (hosepipe ban my ass - it hasn't stopped raining for what feels like forever).

So virtual drinks all around :-D

Done a couple hundred more miles since the cases and NO LEAKS, am very happy now.

One question that has been bothering me though - the new casses have no numbers stamped on them, you can see that they haven't been ground off or acid etched, so where do I stand 'law' wise? should I try and get something in writing on Triumph headed paper or just 'go with the flow'?

Probably no big deal, but I'd ask the guys at the shop about the number issue. Depends on the way registration is done over there too. I believe there are some states here that give titles based on engine, others based on frame.
