Intake sound?

Are there others out there that get a sort of whistling sound when winding out their 02-04 Triple? I would guess it's an intake sound, but I'm not sure. It usually is only loud enough to hear when I'm accelerating past 5000 rpm...

I don't necessarily think that anything is wrong, but I am curious about it.

Yeah my 2006 has a sort of asthmatic wheezing sound, and the TORS ain't loud enuff to drown it.......

Oh yes, that high-mount CF pipe roars :-D It's kinda weird, I only noticed the intake whistle a few months ago.

Can't miss that valve clatter, though :razz:
