Well I never thought it would come to this! My buddy has an 2005 S4R and had it dynoed the other day and is busting my nutzzzzzzzz! He pulled 114.2 at 72lbs of torque. GREAT! So he then goes to say "the guy just did a 2002 S3 and it only had 90hp 68lbs of torque!!" So I get defensive and say no way!!!
Now do I go to the same dude as see if what I thought I had was true or do I say who cares?? Every day now he sends me dyno charts of S4R's that are from 114 to 120 hp. Anyone have good news coming from the dyno as for what the pre 2005 trip's are putting out?? Or do I go and spend money to be HAPPY or SAD?

The S4R stats: Zard exhaust, K&N filter, Power Command, rest is stock.

Who cares? 3-4 horse can be found just by atmospheric conditions on the dyno... the numbers are always a bit suspect unless they are done same day, same time, same dyno...

just tell him to shut the F up cuz Ducati's for princesses.

and then tell him that even if his POS somehow had a better dyno result it's the skills that count so you'll blow him away anyhow.

don't spend money, just talk better trash.

Amen. It all comes down to the rider. Kill that duc and serve it with mango salsa. Same to be said the other way around though too. Ducs are sweet bikes. But F anyone that say they can smoke the S3 on it.. Make them earn it.... There are a lot of sauces that make duc taste good too... Triumph even make a few. Try the one called throttle....

117hp for the S3 and 106hp for the S4R according to this test.
