Coming from a metric cruiser I'm used to heel shifting up and toe shifting down...no big deal to change but on my cruiser it basically sounds like someone tossed a wrench into the box when you shift, you definitely without a doubt know you've changed gears...
On my S3 I can feel a definite "click" in my boot when down shifting but when shifting up, especially between 4, 5, and 6 sometimes I feel nothing. I know I've shifted becasue of the tach but sometimes from 5 to 6 I'll shift twice because I'm sure it didn't go...is this a problem? I only have 500 miles on the bike so maybe everything just hasn't settled in yet and I don't want to hear a chunk when I shift, but shouldn't I at least feel it in my foot?
