Since I left the dealership the front brakes have been making a clicking sound when applied. Has anyone had the same issue?

Mine was clicking after I did a bleed, Figured out it was a stuck caliper piston.
I never figured out why that caused the click, But I used a screw driver to pry the calipers all the way open, then I pumped them back down and has never clicked since.

...Of course the bleed had a very short lived good lever pressure, Back to mush within a couple of weeks.

I know exactly what causes the click cause I hunted it down. The floater disks loose lube and "stick" thus clicking why moved. I put a tiny bit of teflon lube on them and it stopped it right away...

My disks are showing pits so I'm just going to replace them with Braking Wave Rotors. Thats the last step before just swapping out the entire front end for a GSXR1k. I'll probably do that over the summer regardless.

Another thing to check, as it happened to me as well.

It was the pads themselves, getting small 'dags' of material on the edges as they begin to wear in.

Best and easiest fix is to remove the pads, push back the pistons, then champfer the edges of the pad material just slightly to get rid of the excess fluffy stuff. Hard to describe without pics.

I believe its the little bobbins that hold the disk to the hub. I took mine in under warrenty and they adjusted them and the clicking went away.
