I went to my bro's house and he had this game. As soon as I rode the S3 I knew I had to get this game. I have the beginners license and The Juniors license. Now Im trying to win the challenge that will let me have the S3 for my own garage. But jeez its tough!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visually, it's a cool game.

But an RSV1000R takes nearly 7 seconds to hit 60mph from a stop. The acceleration and deceleration modeling, as well as the braking characteristics in the corners are all... very, very, very wrong. It's like they were modeling the physics for a Civic Si, and not 1000+cc supersport machines.

The Speed Triple will hardly wheelie in that game. What sort of cruel trick is that? Oh, and the S3 will also hit over 170 true MPH in the game, too. Good luck with that one!

Ya, I agree. The braking is just STUPID...WAY too much bias to the rear brake and the stop distances are rediculous. I won the R1RM but man what a B-tch... That bike spun the rear wheel if you blew on the throttle. If that bike is REALLY that hard to ride, my hats off to those that own it...

The S3 is actually one of the better handling rides in the game. A lot of the older race bikes are a pain.

If you gear it right you can get the S3RM over 200 on some of the tracks.... It just takes a mile to stop it!!!

I think the physics in this game are better than any other game out there though. You actaully have to think about braking and turning points instead of muscling it into a turn, running wide, and having the game "forgive you".

There are options you can set that control how your body position is and others to control if you move the bike under your body or move in tandem with it. Different tracks require a different position.

I will agree though that some of the bikes are set up very wrong. I found the R6 to be very squirly and I also think it's kinda weird that the stock Triple won't lift the front wheel easily.

All in all, this game is a blast to play. I just got the Ducati 999 race bike about a half-hour ago. I was inspired by Pedrosa's win (not that he rides a Ducati, but he friggin kicked butt...)

Ya, that Ducati sounds cool. You are right, it is a great game overall.

I've won all of the race bikes so far and I think my favorite is either the Ducati or S3...
