Can someone tell me where it lists the amount of oil the S3 needs after an oil and filter change?

In the hashed area on the dipstick :-D . That is where you should look, not the handbook. It is about 3L-3,2L.

Sure, Hotmailjerk - they've buried the capacity WAAAAY back on page 109 of the above manual. I think they just wanted to see if we'd read the whole thing... :razz:
