I was reading another thread about tuning boxes and remembered something that happened when installing the Power Commander on my 06. Put everything together, pretty simple. Finally got it to start and it had a dead miss. After poking around for a while somehow I noticed that the connector on one of the injectors didn't look right. The little plugs that engage the wires into the mating connector are normally secured inside the housing. Mine had been pushed out the back of the connector and weren't properly engaging the harness coming from the PC. May be due to the ham fisted installer, don't know. But I engaged them properly by pushing in the individual plugs from the back side of the connector. Started the bike up and it ran a little better but not good. Looked again and noticed a second injector had the same problem. 2 out of 3. Just something to be aware of if you're messing with the wiring harness. Oh, and a 1050 will almost idle on 1 cylinder.
