Check this out! I saw it at Texas World Speedway in College Station, TX. It's a S3 Chassis with a Honda CBX Inline 6 cylinder, and it has perimeter brakes! Super cool, great build too.

Sharp custom- looks like there's a figurehead coming out of the headlight.
Perimeter brakes... I'd like to read up on them a little. All for show or better braking?
The hanging engine look is stunning- minus all the gaudy chrome.
Nice!

I did not hear it run. A CBX with a 6-1 sounds like a turbine winding up though, like a jet. It is really an amazing sound.
I asked the guy sitting behind it (owner?) if he minded my snapping a few photos, he replied "hell, wanna ride it?"
I said no thanks, I figured either he was joking or wasn't actually the owner. Maybe I missed a huge opportunity. I've always wanted a CBX. Ironically, the S3 motor makes a lot more power than this one does, but this one is siiiiilkly smooth and hell, look at it!

That's like no S3 frame I've ever seen. Sure, the dual-tube frame looks similar, but take a closer look. There is no "wave" in the lower tube, the tubes separate wide at the top, and they don't join together at the bottom like they do on the S3. Even the rear shock is angled differenly.
In fact, the only things that looks S3 to me on that bike are the single-sided swinger and the front rim.
Quite the bling machine, but not my taste.

I agree with the Captain: that's no S3. Indeed, judging by the size of the rear axle, the single-sided swinger isn't from any Triumph.

The frame is totally custom. It has the same twinspar tubular frame style, but put an S3 next to it and you'll notice the difference immediately. I SOOO want a set of USD forks for my bike, but the $$$ issue is preventing that for a while. It'll happen one day though.
