Hey, I'm trying to get Samco Sporthose to make a kit available for the 955 and 1050 speed triples. All I need is 4 more people to commit to a pre-order and they'll have me send in my stock hoses to make the mandrels for a kit to be developed. Development would take around 6-8 weeks, but then those doing the pre-order would have an awesome set of Silicone hoses in their favorite color (or black).

If you're interested in a pre-order I'll post up when I hear the estimated cost of a set. Here is the website and a few photos of what a kit might look like. Basically imagine your black radiator hoses looking 100% cleaner/better. These are what professional auto/motorcycle racers use.

The more bits available the merrier.
I went with braided hoses from GSG Moto.

Kuhlka, I'm interested but I don't want to commit to $500 in hoses. Do you have an idea on price?

Looks like anywhere from $160 to $360, and most likely around $200 for the kit.

This is comparing to the range for Kawasaki, of which the Triumphs are very similar. Note that the $360 was way higher than the rest and was for an early ZX6R. No resemblance to a speed triple.

for $160... maybe, $360 definately not. $200 probable, but not likely.

for the 1050 of coarse

anyway yo get a price, i know its tough being pre-production.

Thanks,
Chris

I'll let you guys know as soon as I get a reply to my price query. As far as T595/T509 fitment goes, I'd have to see pics of all the hoses attached to the motor, but I think they're different since the radiator fill is in a different location...

I'm going to check on the 1050 parts compatability at the dealership tomorrow.

Count me in if all is as expected for a set in BLUE for my '06.

Ok, I know the T595/T509 is different, since the coolant fill is under the tank cover rather than on the left side of the motor, but if there is a 595 owner who could take some pics of all their hoses on the bike we could compare and see if there is only an extra hose or two you'd need. Samco is supposedly already developing a T595/509 kit according to their website.

Looking at the shop manual for the 955i, there aren't many hoses there to begin with so the price of the kit should be easily under $200. Probably in the $100-160 range if you compare to the simpler Ducati, Suzuki, and other kits with only like 5 or 6 hoses.

I should hear back from them later today and I'll throw a post up on T595.net to guage interest as well.

the ducati hoses from samco are $240-$260 I think you will be getting an EXTREMELY good deal if they sell for less than $200!

how killer would the blue hoses look on the white S3 :-D
