Bloody Speed triple...That thing makes wheelie happen...I thought my 03 tuono was a wheelie machine...Actually, it was, but the speed triple is better lookin. I can't get into the styling on the tuono..but I know it's a fabulous machine...I will be test riding the new s4rs next month at the ducati demo...but I don't want to get back into the 4v ducati maintenance (had a 98 916)...

It's lookin like the speed triple may be me next bike...we'll have to see how it all pans out..The speed triple was comfy, made rediculous power..and handled really well...Still, I really like the way the twin makes power, and then there's the sound of a ducati 2 valve desmo, bellisimo.

Oh well..time will tell.

Steve

Well, Scorched Yellow handles better, delivers more usable torque and, last but not least, gets more chicks.

You decide your own priorities.

Well, considering the S3 does have a couple of minor issues this is NOT one of them. The tank is plastic. I've got close to 6000 on the clock and no issues.

Does look like a problem with some of the 675's perhaps... Maybe the guy put in some sort of weird additive??? That will be a recall for sure if there is a widespread issue.

These bikes are great, quit your bellyaching. If you have any issues, they have an excellent warranty. If you want one, go buy it. Life is too short to second guess yourself.

Do you ride with the Motorhead group? Did you do breakfast with the group Saturday? You obviously know Jonathon West?
