Anyone able to find any header pipes for a 2002 Speed triple. I emailed micron and they have no plans. I figured a uk company (micron) would make products for a uk bike. I think the micron serpents pipes would be the sh*t. I heard wolf would be coming out with some anyone have update on that. I emailed him and havent heard back. I think i remember reading in another post that zard made some for 03-04 what the difference from my 02. I thought 02-04 were the same? Thanks

Unless I'm completely mistaken the Zard system would bold onto the head just fine. Fitting it to the rear mounts may be a different issue.

Note: I've been known to be completely mistaken. Often.

But isn't the Zard like $1200? I'll want to know for absolutely certain before I shell out that kind of money for a full system. I'm also in the market for a 955 header or full system. Preferably something like the Zard or an undertail exhaust like the Powermax.

kuhlka does does zard have a website? I did search and couldnt find anything id like to see some pics of the pipes. My Powermax exhaust was well worth the money its loud, looks good and i didnt have to relocate anything. Not much butchering either a fairly easy install. I just need a header pipe that makes some more horses to complete the system. I love the micron serpent system i still cant believe they dont support triumph.

Well, this is the Zard exhaust on an 05/06. I'm sure you could make it work, but it might take some modification of the rear mount.

And apparently Shark makes a full system for the 05/06 as well.

As far as I can tell the 1050 uses the same head as the 955 so there really isn't any doubt about the header bolt pattern and the flange for the d-shaped ports. The only difference would be in the frame mounting position and whether or not it would clear your oil cooler.

The Zard is far superior in terms of performance. Look at the difference in the pipe bends. The Shark has very sharp turns, while the Zard is as smooth and gentle as possible. I hate the Zard muffler, but their header is spot-on for maximum power.

Anyone know if where the header mounts to the motor is the same on the 955 and 1050? If so, I might just buy a Zard full system this summer and weld on my own mounts.
