Hi all. I currently have a triumph high level carbon exhaust on my 04 s3 and am off to Austria in July. Advice seems to be to def change back to the original / legal exhaust. However, I really like how the high level exhaust looks and sounds, although the noise volume isn't too important to me. Anyone know of any other high level aftermarket exhausts available in the uk that I could use that are street legal (perhaps with re-moveable baffles) - then still can get top looks, plus noise when desired? Also would I need to get a custom map done - any ideas of costs / maps to get??
Thanks for any advice.

Why'nt ya just have it inspected with the stock can an' then put the high level carbon can back on. The noise level increase on the Triumph High level can is so subtle that I have never had any issue with smokey bear (at least not because of exhaust noise) :-D

But then again, I live up over - not down under. Dunno how officious Inspector Porky is there. :hammer:

I've got a high level Leo Vinci with a removable baffle on mine.

My mate has the Triumph high level on his - we've been round central Europe twice and never had a problem with the noise.
