It seems exoticsportbike.com only has the Wolf brand.

Yeah I like the logo of the trident cans better anyway, that's what I want after all the research I did. But do the wolf slip ons have the same removeable baffle and ceramic packing material, just with a different logo?

Wolf and Trident are the same cans but Trident are the branding for Triumphs

To order in the US just go to www.trident-exhausts.com and clcik on the US flag for prices in $

You can then order online and we ship direct to you in the US which takes about 4-5 days. Many people on this board have already bought Trident direct from us and we've had no delays or snags with shipping direct...

In fact we only work direct now as we've had a lot of people unhappy with the US dealers so please use the Trident site to place your order and I'll get it straight to you

OK I ordered a Trident round exhaust for my 02 S3 from exotic sportbike. I chose them because I assumed they would be cheaper than England->Washington state shipping. Now three days later after my phone order the website finally says it was drop shipped, which means that the thing will come directly from the manufacturer. I assume this means that it will come from England and that I should have just gotten it from there in the first place. The guy on the phone didn't give me a final price so I have no idea what the shipping cost was. Any suggestions besides "I told ye so"?

Suggestions....yeah, in the future when the mfg is on your forum telling you to order direct from them listen! Well, at least do your homework. Note, Wolf in the post previous to yours is one of the guys making these things.

Hehe. Sorry to bust your b@lls. All in good humor. Sounds like if you already ordered it and it's being ship there is no real advice to give. Wait for it, install it, enjoy it. You will be happy. Forget about any difference in $$$ one way or the other at this point.

You will enjoy your new exhaust. Congrats!

My thoughts are if they are such an awesome product, why don't they have a better distribution network here?

That's a wierd question to ask considering you ordered it anyway, right?

I don't know the answer to your question. I'm quite sure you can get them at shops that didn't turn up in your search. There's a extensive parts list floating around on this site. I could provide it to you if you like as I copied it. Maybe you'd find more retailers there? Doesn't seem like it matters since your work is complete. If you want the parts list send me your email and I'll send it to you.

I previously owned a jap bike and parts in general were more abundant. But so were the bikes. Supply and demand. It's harder to get a lot of things for the triple, at least I think so. Then again, when I put a Scorpion pipe from the UK on my sv650, I didn't feel like I had tons of options either for sellers, but they existed. I would have ordered direct from the mfg then if I wasn't hungry to have it sooner. In this case, I guess this didn't help.

Anywho, let me know if you want the list.

My question now is whether I should wait for who knows how long for exotic sportbikes to mail off my Trident slipon or if I should just cancel the order and get it for $65 more straight from England. My comment is that I don't think I should have to.
