As requested, here are a couple of shots at how the ABBA stand fit's.
Easy one person use, very stable and as you can see - loads of room to remove the rear wheel etc.

Remember I have a 2" (50mm) lower shock on mine which is why the rear wheel is so far off the ground.

Yep it's a Hagon shock, 50mm lower than standard and built taking into account my weight / no pillion etc. I did have all the details in another thread, also shortened the side stand by 1". Bike handles great and I can touch the floor easily.

If you are struggling on tiptoes as I was then this really is the one for you and for £295 inc VAT and P&P it's worth it to avoid dropping the bike on the awkward cambers.

Hagon - ask for Martin

Many thanks Gnome.

My name is Tracker. I am addicted to my Speed Triple.
I take it one gas tank full after another. There may need
to be an intervention at service time. :hihi:

Here is photo of the bike without the ABBA stand, you can just see the sidestand mod - cut out the inch between the foot and the kick down pin, added an inch to the pin to make it easier to find (got fed up with knocking the bike into gear everytime I went to find the stand) and also the direct change gear lever.

Thanks Gnome. That was how I had planned to do the kick
stand shortening, but it is certainly good to know that it
really works ( also I would not have thought to lengthen the peg but I will now).

I have e-mailed Martin at Hagon with my specifications but
I haven't gotten a reply yet.

I'll let everyone ( or at least the people with short
legs :lollol: know how things are going ).
