1 1/8" Handlebars

Has anyone mounted a 1 1/8" handlebar on their S3 (i.e.: Renthal Twinwall, Renthal Fatbar, ProTaper, etc...)
If so, what modifications are needed to do so?

I just did a fatbar upgrade to a DRZ400 supermoto,
I bought TAG fatbar clamps.
They have 2 versions, a full clamp replacement $45., or a bolt on modifier for the same price that attaches to the lower part of the clamp and raises the bar about a half inch.

I think Moose makes one and Renthal may also.
