Yes, but so will any halfway decent glass of wine, and probably beer for that matter! :chug:

There's a notion, having a drink with yer bike - just slosh some over her cases and take a swig yerself - then wipe down after the foaming. :-D

Get some heavy cut polish compound and polish them off. Then follow up with light polish to restore luster. Only use the heavy cut to remove the stain or you can remove too much paint. My favorite light polish/finisher is 3M's Finesse it.

Finesse is excellent polish but it is a commercial product so you would need to go to a body shop supply store.

Honda spry wax is the greatest thing since sliced cheese (for things other than the engine).
I'll have to 2nd that! I've used Honda spray wax since '97. I've tried many other similiar products, even some much more pricey($20-25 a can!!!), and none do as good of a job as the Honda cleaner! I rarely even wash my bike. Most of the time, it just gets sprayed with Honda cleaner and wiped off.

My girl was reading this and without hesitation said that she uses white vinegar to clean the mineral deposits off the coffee maker... Hmmmm?

When I bought my S3 The eng. looked like *****. It had a white stain over the whole thing. I used Armor All for Rubber, vinyl, and plastic. Just spray it on thick and rub it around good. Let it sit a few minutes then wipe it off. The eng. looked like new and has stayed thet way.

Use BarKeepers friend, you can get it at any grocery store. It is a very mild abrasive, it will take out the water marks. Then follow up with a good polishing of color restoring wax.
