Does anyone know the paint code for the stock 1050 S3 wheels? It is some sort of a dark grey with a metallic twist, but I am having trouble pinpointing the exact shade.

I'm after the code too. No joy yet.

They might both be powdercoated, but in my opinion the wheels are of a very dark greyish silver shade and frame is closer to black. So I think you need 2 different touch up paints.

The black being easy as different shades of black are not that easy to spot. The wheels are a bit more difficult, I think I am just going to get a computer matched shade from the local auto paints store as I just have a few tyre change dings to cover.

I got a reply from Jack Lilley that they contacted Triumph and got a response that touch up paints are available only for the main bike colors from the factory. No touch up paints for the frames, engines or wheels.

So I ended up getting a small brushcan of color matched paint from the local auto paints shop. I will report back once I give it a try tonight if it was a good match or not.

Edit. The paint I got was pretty much spot on for touch up brush application. For spray application of larger areas/whole wheels the paint guys recommended getting a few shades darker color and using a beige undercoat in order to duplicate the effect of the stock powdercoat.

Anyway, the wheel color I got was:

PPG DELTRON BCM
NISSAN KH2 LB
CHARCOAL MIC 2CT

I went to a specialized auto paints store that sells mixed paints by PPG. It is not a chain franchise, so I am pretty sure you do not have the same stores over there in the US. Check with PPG homepage or your local Nissan dealer? Maybe the Nissan guys will have touch up paints in those tiny bottles.

They PPG system had around 30000+ shades to choose from. The guys matched the color of the wheels with a color chart and mixed the paint to suit.

Was pretty cheap too for the 1dl of paint I got. Something like 5 euros.
