Check this out! This thread is in the biker hang out forum, so instead of starting it over, here's a link. Cops on Busa!?! A must see, and yes, there was a little pun intended with my title! :-D

Ugh. That thread just gave Mad an excuse to post that pic of his "unridable" Busa for the 100th time.

(SHHHH! If he doesn't hear us then maybe he'll go away.)
I would think a Hayabusa would make a pretty good police bike. Big, heavy, stable, and capable of carrying a ton of gear without it effecting too much of it's performance.
However, I don't think the squids in the area need be too concerned. Under real world conditions I'm sure that the new generation of ZX10s and GSXR 1000s are fully capable of evading a cob 'busa.

I heard you. And green bikes suck and are way too slow. I can prove it.
What did you expect with this stupid thread? Get back on the porch with the slow dogs which you are one of many.
Slow, Slow, Slow. Live with it. I got an 05 S3 too, and guess what? It's slow, just like you.

BTW, the Kawasaki ZX10, 12, and now the 14, have not broken the record the Hayabusa set way back in 1999 as the fastest production showroom motorcycle in the world. We are still waiting but so far they are all well under 200 MPH, except for the Hayabusa.
Badmouth, cry, piss, moan, and critsize all you want but the record still belongs to the Suzuki Hayabusa.
Honda and Yamaha still have nothing to even begin to compete with the Hayabusa. BMW is a laffer. Guzzi and MV Augusta have formidable competitors but still no cigar.
Crashmasterd, you are a liar and the facts prove it. The facts along with world records easilly prove you are a liar. The fastest production motorcycle is still the Hayabusa and has been since 1999 to date. Prove me wrong with verifiable facts sukka. No BS, facts.

The only problem with that is the motorcycle indrustry all agreed to a top speed limiter of 186mph sometime around 2001. Thus it would be impossible to break a 200mph record with a stock bike. I hate to burst busa owners bubbles, BUT the new zx-14 is already putting down faster 1/4 miles times stock than stock busas...
here is proof: http://www.motorcycledaily.com/01march06_zx14pt1.htm
