I was perusing a Monster website and saw a post about fully faired Monsters. It looked quite nice with the 748/916/996 skin.

Has anyone put a full fairing on a speed triple? If so would it essentially become a 1050 Daytona with high mounts? I know it would destroy the street fighter character but I'm curious.

i donno about full faring, but I thought about adapting an upper from a duc 916 or a daytona for track days, so I can fit a screen a have more top speed

My guess it that there'll be a 1050 Daytona next year, so why buy an S3 to put fairings on when you can just put a handlebar kit on a Daytona?

Just buy a Daytona 147 hp compare to 128 for the S3 06.

What's the point. It's a naked bike. A bikini fairing is acceptable, but a full faring? I don't get it.

Unless I misunderstood, the December/January version of Torque said the large Daytona is at an end.
