I've got the Pit Bull one arm reversible and it has two pins, one for the left side and one for the right.

Thought I was going crazy on this. Just went from a 97 T509 to an 06. Same fit issue. Was making me crazy! Will grind that lip off inside of the axle. Pin goes in nicely about 20 mm then stops. Thanks for this post and related comments! :evil:

I had the same issue- it turned out to be brown crud inside the axle- that smells like plastic when I Dremel it, but comes out pretty easily.

Standard pit bull pin worked fine after that.
