Obviously this is a speed triple forum, but I'm curious. What kind of cars do you S3 riders drive?

I'd be willing to bet that many have some sort of sporty car in our garage...

Show em! :-D

Suburu Forester GT for a family car.

Other car is a '97 VW VR6.

Selling the VW because I spend too much time on the S3.

1990 Mazda MX5 (Miata) with all the paint pealing off of it. All my money goes into the bike and computer.

Who says I have no life?

I used to have a '90 Mustang GT until it got stolen (for a second time) last year and totaled. Now my wife and I share her '00 Honda Civic. It's got an exhaust leak, so at least it sounds fast!

Well, we used to have a nice 1997 Acura Integra SE, but some jackass in the pickup truck ran a stopsign right in front of my fiance at night while she was driving and totalled that car.

THEN, we had a really nice 2003 Honda Civic Si, but some stupid B#@$% pulled a left turn right in front of my fiance causing a head-on collision and nearly killing her the SAME DAY she bought her new 2005 Sprint ST. The only good part of that accident other than Autumn surviving was that she wasn't riding the motorcycle at the time...

As you can see the car didn't quite survive. BUT, Autumn came out of it with no broken bones, although she has a lot of muscle and nerve trauma and possibly some memory loss issues due to the concussion.

NOW, we decided safety and performance are paramount when buying a vehicle, so we went with something that is designed to handle rolling end-over-end during the World Rally Championship...

SO, we went with a brand spankin' new 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STi. Got it used with only 8,000 miles on it for $5,000 under sticker and a 100,000 mile warranty to keep the important parts covered. Gotta love being able to take on/off ramps at 55+mph and passing jackasses in seconds. Might have gone with a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VIII if it had cruise control...

Got a pic of Autumn's bike at the Airport SCCA event next to myself (left) and Josh, Autumn's brother (right).

Seems to be quite a generation gap in the Speed Triple forum? Surely there are more old schoolers out there somewhere?
