I am looking into a simple Hydrolic clutch conversion for the new triple, if I manage to pull it off are any of you guys interested?
Obviously I cant do a price as yet but I will make it as low as possible.

Gnome,

There's been a couple threads on this so you might do a search as a start. Good luck.

Curious as to why you feel the need to switch.

Why change. . . . cable clutches went out with the Ark, bet your ass the cable will break when your miles from home and it's chucking it down with rain.

Not going to design one now as you can get a full kit from Germany for £149. click the link and select 'clutch' and then 'speed triple 1050' on the left hand menu CLICK ME

If that's the only reason to change, why not zip tie a new cable alongside the current one?
Much cheaper and easier to install.

As long as you keep your cables lubed up, they shouldn't snap for a loooong time.

I recently proved that neglecting to check my clutch fluid reservoir was just as easy as overlooking a worn clutch cable on my KTM 625. Luckily I was just putting around my neighborhood. I had to go to my local KTM shop to buy the Magura mineral oil instead of a clutch cable. So pick your poison.

They are 219.00 euros for the system plus the reservour, plus the lever, so somewhere aroung 275.00 eu. WAY too much money to justify the possiblilty of broken cable. I'm not sure the action would be any better, provided one keeps the cables lubed etc...
