on my 2003 bike I have the Triumph lo-mount, but would like a hi mount instead.

Is the only difference the s-shaped pipe (and different mount presumably)?

Anyone converted? Want to swap?

Isn't the low mount round, while the high mount an oval? If you're looking on ebay, keep in mind the Daytona high mount has a different adapter pipe with a larger opening, so you'll need an adapter made to fit your S3 midpipe if you find a daytona CF HM TOR for cheap.

Is it only the midpipe that is different? Is the Daytona muffler the same as the S3 muffler? Its just a midpipe with a different sized header side opening.

The Daytona and S3 have different sized pipes (46mm and 54mm) so they cannot be interchanged

The TOR high level can has the link pipe welded to it as does the stock low level so this cannot be changed either

Check out www.trident-exhausts.com for a selection of high levels... (well I had to get a cheeky advert in somewhere)

I'm currently using a daytona 955i CF high mount, but I welded an adapter pipe to the bend so it would fit. I've gotten good performance out if it so far, although I need to clean up all the nasty crud that has built up on it. I'm probably going to just wrap the entire exhaust up to the muffler with black header tape.
