OK - I bought a spare tank and tank cover (the front piece of the tank) in order to do some type of custom paint job for my '01 Speed Triple.

Anybody have any stellar ideas of what I should do?

I've considered the whole Union Jack idea but there are so many options, even with that theme...

Ideas Welcome...

Hi TripleThreat,
This is what I had done on my spare tank.
It may give you some ideas of your own.

Thanks MonkeyHanger,

Your bike looks Sweet! That's exactly the kind of stuff I had hoped this post would produce. Photos will certainly help me formulate ideas.

Hopefully others will follow suit and post up some more.

If you go to www.triumphchepassione.com and click on the section called 'Le Specials' on the upper left side of the home page, there are loads of custom paint options for you to drool over.

Some exceptional, some not so much but plenty of variety
