I am about ready to change out tires due to some cupping on the front tire and the rear is getting a little squared off from aggessive highway riding
I guy I have gone to the track with, works at Cycle Gear said The new Qualifiers's are in
and are suppose to be the new hot tire.

The new Dunlop Qualifiers are looking pretty interesting, I held a pair yesterday,
"very light" was my first impression. The rubber compound near the edges seems like it will stick..... So I started looking for info on them...Qualifiers

anybody else have info?

Sport Rider (Dec 05) had a great tire comp. Basically the Qualifier was the top rated with 91 overall points with the Pilots running a close 90ish in second and the Metzelers M-1s running in third at 89ish... Excellent, informative article.

Motorcyclist magazine just got done testing them out at Barber, back to back with the Michelin dual compound race tires. They said they are the shiznit! And that's pretty impressive considering what they were comparing them with! I'm sure you can't go wrong with them from everything I've heard about them so far. Don't know what kind of mileage they'll do, I'm waiting to hear what someone gets, before I purchase a set. I'm pretty happy with my pilot powers right now, but if the Dunlops end up getting a little better mileage and grip as good as they say, I'm sure I'll be switching! :-D
