I've been noticing an increasing number of Aussie S3 owners on this forum and figured it would be a good idea to get together for a ride.

This is early days so I'm just looking for interest and suggestions on where to go.

Being Australia is a big place its going to be hard to cater for everyone with one ride. That being the case, based on the interest shown we can organise ride days for each state (numbers permitting)

As a Victorian my suggestion for the Vic group is the Alpine ride over Hotham to Omeo etc.

Let me know if you are interested and i will start putting together a list and plan for each state.

I don't know what I'm letting myself in for but it should be fun. :-D

Sparti! We've had one in Sydney last Saturday, well kind of, just Bundo, Vic and myself. It was a short ride with short notice. Would have been a few more if we had given more notice.

It may well be a good thing to invite all Triumph riders, as there are plenty of Sprint and Tiger boys out there as well.

You're right that it may be a big ask to get out of state riders for a weekend, but it's still worth the shot.

Cheers
Mick

I'm in Sparti1!! :-D :-D

Sounds like a great idea.

I'm actually gonna do that ride in a couple of weeks, then down to Wangaratta and back via Mansfield and the black spur, awesome weekend ride.

Last time I did with a few of us the pub in Omeo gave us a good deal on food and accom., nice place too!!

Sounds great! I'm interested. We're actually doing that
one this weekend, taking off Thursday and spending
the weekend in the "High Country" / Snowy Mountains
Let's hope the weather doesn't heat up again!!!
