Oz import duties?

Was wondering if there were any aussies ou there who'd know what I might expect to pay when importing bits for my bike?

I'm planning on getting a few things (Corbin seat, K+N filter)but aren't sure if it'll be that much cheaper to buy them over the net.

Just remember that you pay 5% duty + 10%gst on the total including the duty

eg.. (Item purchased + freight) * 1.05 *1.10 = final price.

Yeah your right.. I think its $200AUD.. I often ask the supplier if he could kindly adjust the invoice cost for the freight paperwork to reduce duty/gst charges.. Most are happy to help..
