MY WEIGHT's good , I'm 5'9 and float between 155 - 163 , depends on how much beer I'm drinking ... I work out 5 to 6 days a week , hard core ,and eat pretty healthy ( I actually like oatmeal ) .. but at age 52 I don't think I'll ever see the coveted 6 pack again , I like the other kind of 6 pack better : )
GOOD LUCK and stick with it , the weight will come off ......
