torque settings req'd please.

Would someone be able to provide me with some torque settings (preferably in NM) for my '12 plate Speed. Or possibly provide a link to a workshop manual pdf for the bike. I need the following please;

Front wheel main spindle
Fork allen key pinch bolts
Main caliper bolts

Rear wheel 42mm nut
