Belly Pan ?

Was thinking of buying a Belly Pan for my S3 for Christmas
Besides Looks are there any advantages ?( aerodynamics ) disadvantages ? ( overheating issues ,hot exhaust )
any feed back would be appreciated ....

Yup, just an aesthetics piece.

My 2 cents, though, is that the bike looks way better with one than without one and I happen to like the OEM peice best. Go for it!

Totally for looks. I have one on my s3r and it totally looks sweet. It is just a thin piece of fiberglass. Mine took a small gauge when it hit a rock

I have one on my 08 and what is really cool about these is that you can start a good rock collection. But it does look cool.
